    Job description

    We are looking for dynamic self-motivated individuals who are passionate about media, especially digital media to lead a dynamic and energetic sales team. The ideal candidate must be customer centric, demonstrate great leadership qualities with excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for you if you are able lead a high performance team through motivation and coaching.     Key Responsibilities

    The responsibility of this position is to successfully manage a sales team towards achieving multiple targets and benchmarks, as well as managing the retention and growth of Trudon’s customer base in order to grow revenue.

    • Managing the sales team time effectively in order to achieve daily call rates, targets and deadlines
    • Planning and Development of sales strategies and tactics
    • Setting objectives for the team in order to meet the sales target of the organization
    • Implementing support structures for ensuring optimal target achievement for sales representatives and personal growth
    • Daily reviewing and reporting of sale statistics to the regional manager
    • Coaching and mentoring your team through initiatives such as joint calling for the purpose of business retention and identifying
