Vacancies exist for 4x Credit Controllers (AHC Head Office), reporting to Clinical Group Patient Administration Manager. The successful candidates will maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards and assist in day-to-day compilation and completion of financial debtor activities as required.
Critical Outputs
Reconcile medical aid remittance advice and follow up on short payments.
Recover outstanding debt from patients and medical aids, actively managing debtors age.
Send out statements to Medical Aids and patients timeously.
Filing and distribution of all documentation and monitor accuracy of patient accounts.
Accurate processing of patient payments and authorized adjustments.
