Desired skills and experience:

Our ideal candidate:

• Has demonstrable experience, preferably more than 4 years, designing interfaces for interactive web services and softwareIs proficient in the web design process and experienced with software like Sketch, Invision and Github – i.e. you understand how to work with layers, vectors, bitmaps and the like
• Is able to contribute through all phases of the product design process, from the strategic process, through to wireframing, prototyping and supplying assets to developers
• Understands concepts like user experience, performance, usability and has a portfolio of work that displays an ability to design useful, communicative interfaces
• Works well in a team and finds the idea of designing collaboratively with developers, product strategists, clients and users, appealing
• Has an understanding of or experience with creating or editing HTML and CSS – the more, the better
• Is passionate about technology and finding more efficient and better ways of doing things
• Loves working with a team to solve and craft design and experience
