ONE OF THE LEADERS IN COMMERCIAL BANKING IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A WELL SKILLED PROCESS ENGINEER

• Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company standards
• understanding and managing risks and risk events relevant to the role
• Conduct business process improvement initiatives aimed at improving efficiencies and effectivenes of operations by liasing and advising managers.
• identify scope and life-cycle of business processes.
• apply scientific principles and business inputs to refine and re-engineer as-is business process into best to be processes.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Degree preferrably (Btech/BEng/Bsc: Industrial Engineering) NQF Level 7 (Honours/Masters Degree)
• Lean or Six Sigma qualifications
• 3-5 years in process optimisation roles; Scientific Methodologies associated with efficiency improvements
• Ideally 10years in industry experience.
• Lean or six sigma experience
• AGILE and Waterfall experience.
