Main Purpose of the Job:

Sky Messaging is looking for an energetic and outgoing Client Support Coordinator. The main purpose of Client Support Coordinator is to assist the sales team with developing new as well as maintaining existing business primarily through support roles. These include assisting with conceptualising campaigns, supporting proposal creation, as well as artwork creation. Solid growth potential whereby the right candidate may develop into a key account management and/or sales position. Long term thinkers should apply.

Position within Organisation:

• Reports to: Sales Manager
• Main Relationships: Liaises internally with Sales Manager, Managing Director as well as
• Operational Team and externally with media agencies as well as end user direct clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team with researching and conceptualising campaigns, either as required by client or for proposals
• Prepare sales proposals, relevant to campaign and client
• Generate banner design as outlined from sales team, including mockups
• Generating and collating of service level agreements
• Client account management
• Order placing and oversight with operational team, ensuring on time execution and flighting
• Assisting with ensuring that all client contracts are in place, client invoices are prepared and that pricing and billing is captured correctly
• Proactively look for marketing strategies and improvements to suggest to clients
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and media agencies, ensuring that the platform is included in media proposals, whereby a high level contact needs to be maintained
• Provide professional and exceptional client services in all interaction with media agencies and clients
• Communicating with internal teams regarding campaigns and projects

Requirements:

• Self starter - this cannot be stressed enough
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
• Excellent writing abilities
• Detail orientated
• Computer literate (Apple preferable but not a necessity)
• Suitable Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint)
• Experience with Apple iWork (Pages, Keynote), Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop highly advantageous, but not essential
• Positive attitude: think creatively and laterally
• Valid driver license and own reliable transport
• Occasional travel, primarily to Johannesburg

Remuneration

Basic salary: R10,000 CTC in which a R500 cellphone allowance is included. Mileage driven for company will be reimbursed at current SARS rate.
