Enrolled Nurse - Acute Gerontology Unit (AGR) at St John of God Health Care

Job description

St John of God Bendigo Hospital is currently seeking applications from experienced Enrolled Nurses with recent experience to be part of our new Acute Gerontology Unit (AGR).

The position will be offered on a permanent basis, working up to 76 hours per fortnight. Flexibility is required to cover a variety of am shifts between Monday to Sunday.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Ability to work within and contribute to the Mission/Values of St John of God Health Care.
• Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Ability to use initiative and demonstrate reliability.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and guidance.
• Flexibility with the ability to work independently within a team environment
• Appropriate skills and competencies related to the work area
• Ability to effectively communicate with others
• A commitment to ongoing professional development
