    Senior Sales Representative

    Job description

    • Professional customer management, sales promoting measures and customer guidance;
    • Identify the market needs;Conduct marketing intelligence;
    • Promote Doka’s brand and products (new products and information);
    • Promote positive public relations.
    • Assist Doka to reach its vision, mission and objectives;
    • Source new clients;
    • Ensure clients information is updated on Victory;
    • Provide clients with quotations and technical assistance;
    • Service clients on a regular basis and provide a formwork know-how;
    • Maximize revenue from clients (reach targets);
    • Provide after sale services;
    • Assist debtors;
    • Assist Engineering team in the design stage,
    • Ensure the most efficient formwork design is applied;
    • Assist Operations team with logistics, site deliveries and client queries;
    • Get familiarized with site conditions;
    • Manage projects / determine project sales strategy (cost planning, pricing of tender, determine revenue and negotiate terms and conditions of contract).

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Grade 12 Senior Certificate;
    • Practical experience in Formwork sales (Essential)
    • Technical education in the areas of construction technology, preferably civil engineering.
    • Working knowledge and experience of economics (financing, time related value of money);
    • Entrepreneurial knowledge (contracts, checking credit worthiness, insolvency, supplementary invoice management);
    • Working knowledge of market and competition;
    • Working knowledge of logistics;
    • Working experience in Formwork technology;
    • Working knowledge of sales methods (scenarios, areas of opportunities, responding to claims, beneficial lines of reasoning);
    • Ability to interpret construction drawings.
