EOH Legal Services (located in Centurion) is looking to appoint a Senior Legal Secretary.

Requirements:

• Matric
• At least 5 years experience as a legal secretary
• Excellent typing skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word programmes
• Excellent knowledge of formatting and track-changes in MS Word
• Dictaphone and copy typing of a wide range of documents
• Excellent knowledge of Outlook, MS Excel and Power Point
• Preparing accounts for clients
• Ensuring that filing system is kept up to date (hard copy/electronic)
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Maintain confidentiality
• Honest, reliable and punctual
• Pay attention to detail
• Be able to work and cope under pressure
• Must have the ability to use initiative and be pro-active and action orientated.

Salary negotiable. Permanent position.
