    Account Controller - Selby

    Job description

    Key Result Areas

    • Monitor and ensure adherence to nominated account SLAs
    • Receive, action and close escalations
    • Quality Management
    • System syncing between D1 and customer system

    Education

    • Matric
    • Knowledge of SLA management

    Experience

    • 1 – 2 years experience in call management within the IT industry
    • 1 – 2 years ATM experience r managementeܽi

    Technical Skills

    • Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, Internet, e-mail)
    • A very good ability to use D1 work order management
    • Ability to draw computerised reports
    • Ability to interpret SLA reports
