What your role will be:

To grow the business from a rate of sale perspective.

What your day will be like:

• Testing new initiatives by testing in the Field
• Persuading customers to buy our product by going door to door, cold calls or by e-mail
• Researching new strategies to improve rate of sale
• Researching and testing new strategies to attract talent within direct marketing business model
• Tracking and analysing direct and interactive marketing campaigns
• Analysing campaign performance
• Recommending and implementing strategic changes in order to improve our sales efforts
• Analysing direct marketing financial data and provide recommendations to management
• Participating in the development and execution of new customer acquisition higher response rates
• Testing to optimize creative, messaging, offer amounts and “call-to actions” to maximize return on investment

What skills you should have:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Advanced excel skills including vLookups and pivot tables
• Experience with direct mail campaigns
