Our Client, a leading Food and Consumer Products manufacturer has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Production Manager to manage the production plant so as to achieve operational objectives of the budgeted quantities, qualities and cost effectiveness in a safe manner.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the production process and ensuring that it is cost effective
• Manage the manufacturing of bread to the right specifications and quality and ensure on time and in full delivery
• Effective management of the human and material resources needed for production
• Monitoring product standard and implementing quality-control programmes
• A relevant Degree/National Diploma and a certificate in chamber of baking is required, coupled with at least 3 to 5 years’ production management experience within a Food manufacturing environment. A strong understanding of baking processes and the bakery environment will be very advantageous.
