Job Responsibilties:

• Responsible for GSM/UMTS/LTE radio network planning & design in South Africa region.
• Responsible for GSM/UMTS/LTE radio network planning & design project implementation and management.
• Provide technical support of radio network planning through on site or remote service.
• Responsible for technical issue management and technical solution related of radio network planning.
• Fully communication with customer during project delivery, responsible for successful project delivery and customer’s satisfaction.
• Responsible for radio network planning & design training for customer and internal Huawei staff.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in telecommunications or computer related.
• Work experience：10+ year GSM/UMTS/LTE planning & design experience.
• Good experience in GSM/UMTS/LTE wireless network planning, Core Network, BSS and OSS is preferred.
• Achievement orientation, energetic, strong influence skills, self-initiative, teamwork spirit, persistency, logical thinking ability, fast learning ability.
• Mature and positive attitudes, able to work well in a fast-paced multi-culture dynamic environment.
• Frequent business travel around South Africa is mandatory.
• Excellent English skills for listening, speaking and writing
