Job Description

Support our URE Customers throughout RSA and neighboring countries. Ensure quality technical and operator training is provided to our customers – internally and externally. Liaise with product company technical department and forward relevant information to Product Support where applicable. Design, develop and prepare quality training material. Ensure that all URE training records, filing and reporting is kept up to date. Assist with troubleshooting on equipment when required – internally and externally. Assist other MRS departments in the company as and when required. Ensure customer satisfaction. Control costs of company assets.

Experience Requirements

Qualified tradesman Qualified assessor beneficial

Knowledge

Good product knowledge on Atlas Copco drilling machines Be able to understand and cope with basic 24V electrical systems Computer literacy

Educational Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level ETDP qualification preferential

Personality Requirements

Valid driver’s licenseValid passport – not immediately essential Good customer relationsInterpersonal skills to work with all customers and work as part of the Parts and Service team Be presentable to customers in grooming and dress code
