Job description
Our client is a highly successful SA / rest of Africa financial services business who are currently expanding internationally into Europe and other destinations.
They seek a commercially aware and seasoned Retail Distribution Executive to lead their Retail Wealth business both locally and Offshore
In this role you will develop the wealth strategy and lead a dynamic team of product developers, wealth managers and business developers.
With ultimate accountability for the bottom line, you will have a healthy budget to drive their expansion you will manage stakeholders, work with the Investment team, build out strategic partner alliances and mobilise the significant strengths of the current brand to deliver value to the shareholders.
Lucrative salary , bonus and Lti incentives on offer for the chosen candidate.
