About the role

• To develop and maintain web based solutions for the XPLAN suite of products.
• Work as an integral part of the web application development team to deliver on agreed commitments
• You will be using modern tools and techniques to create leading products for the wealth management industry
• Work on new and existing features as well as troubleshooting and fixing issues.
• You will need to recognise and meet continually shifting priorities in line with discussion and adjustments to committed dates
• You will need to liaise with relevant departments in the company. Collaborate with colleagues to determine viable options for client solutions and then follow through until the issue is resolved

About you

• Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• C# and/or VB.NET skills
• Python development experience highly desirable
• Experience with Open Source technologies is highly regarded
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• IT Degree or Diploma: software engineering or computer science
• Minimum of 8 years working experience
• Good understanding of global web standards and architecture
• Knowledge of multi-tiered object oriented application development.
• Experience in the cycle of software development, and agile methodologies.
• Team player, goal-oriented individual, with outstanding technical skills.

You will need to liaise with relevant departments in the company and collaborate with colleagues to determine viable options for internal and external client solutions and then follow through until the issue is resolved.
