Job description

Litigation Secretary to provide assistance to busy Litigation Department

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a legal secretary / litigation secretary at a law firm is essential
- Attention to detail / meticulous
- Accurate and efficient typing capabilities
- High Court & Magistrates Court litigation drafting experience
- Dictaphone typing experience
- Well organized and orderly
- Fluent in English and have a basic comprehension of Afrikaans
- Skilled in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Comprehension of Ghost Practice will be an advantage
- Proactive mind set and ability to take initiative
- Able to operate independently
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- General office administration skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Aility to prioritise
