Finance Manager at Faithful to Nature

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented financial manager to take responsibility for all accounting and financial administration for our eCommerce company.

Duties and tasks

• Monthly management reporting – including group reporting, management account preparation, monthly reconciliations and accounting
• Payroll administration
• Debtors and creditors administration
• Payments administration
• VAT returns and recons
• Balance sheet recons
• Draft annual financial statements
• PAYE and EMP recons and submissions
• Cash flow management and forecasting
• Reporting to director and liaising with auditors
• Managing the annual audit

Requirements

• Stock control and Cost and Management experience essential
• Finance degree
• Six+ years of working experience within the Accounting and Finance function, physically performing accounting activities (Reconciliations, journal entries, data uploads and matching)
• People management experience
• Comprehensive understanding of full financial process, reconciliations and accounting
• Proficiency with SARS filings and basic tax administration – VAT, Income Tax
• Payroll administration
• Good understanding of off-the-shelf accounting packages
• Good verbal and electronic communication skills
• Excellent time management
• Ability to meet reporting deadlines is essential
• Smartedge experience would be a bonus

Salary - R35,000 - R45,000 p/m CTC
