Based in Cape Town, our client has been one of the central tourist hubs in Cape Town since the late 1980's. With a mixed-use development scheme spanning more than 100 hectares, they are currently expanding at a rapid pace with a plan in place for the next 5 years. To be based in Cape Town, their In-house Development team is looking for a Developers Project Manager to join their team. Your focus over the next few years will be to run projects for a Precinct Development. This will include residential, commercial and smaller-urban projects. Your experience in running Residential Projects from Inception to Completion is vitally important. A bonus would be if you have also run a few Commercial or retail projects along with that.
