    Junior Actuarial Research Analyst

    Job description

    Main Purpose

    • To assist with Benefits Barometer
    • To assist Member Watch data analysis and interrogation
    • Assist in modelling and model maintenance issues.
    • Broader research functions around savings patterns and products
    • To produce thought leadership articles for the company and the industry
    • Technical
    • Data Analysis
    • Ability to apply actuarial/economics/social sciences concepts and skills to practical day to day problems
    • Strong writing and analytical skills
    • Ability to multi-task when appropriate
    • Competency in excel and other Microsoft Office programs

    Required Experience

    Either Actuarial Graduate (with both an under graduate and honours degree) or Development Economist. A specialisation in pensions or investments is preferable but not essential.
