The National Youth Chefs Training Programme helps young. Unemployed people gain the skills necessary to succeed in the hospitality Industry.

THE CRITERIA FOR ACCEPTANCE INTO THE PROGRAMME

• Between 18 and 35 years of age
• A matric qualification
• Matric-level English
• South African citizenship
• A certified copy of your ID and matric certificate
• You have been unemployed for a minimum of 12 months
