Telesales Consultant at AutoTraderSA

AutoTrader is looking for a dynamic sales individual who is ready to take on an exciting challenge in our Telesales department! This role requires someone who can speak both English and Afrikaans.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation of the departmental objectives by calling clients with the intention of selling them products sold by the company.
• To handle customer orders/queries by telephone or mail
• To achieve targets though sales to new clients and/or existing clients.
• To provide an efficient and professional service to all clients and improve service levels.
• To perform administration duties that are required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in an outbound/telesales role
• Experience in Marketing & Advertising industry or similar
• Must speak Afrikaans
