Qualifications and experience:
- 5+ years of Onsite desktop LAN support experience
- 2+ years Microsoft Office 365 installation & support experience
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory services
- Strong understanding of network protocols/services and network infrastructures
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written skills
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to travel to locations if required
- MCSE-Desktop Infrastructure
