Job description

This person’s duties will include but not be limited to:

• Process financial accounts ensuring that all accounting procedures are performed in line with IFRS for SME’s;
• Ensure all accounting procedures are performed in line with the agreed time frames;
• Ensure transactions are properly processed and authorised in an accurate and timely manner;
• Manage the taxation affairs of the company, including accounting for tax;
• Financial drafting on Caseware software;
• Ensuring legislative and tax compliance;
• Preparing statutory accounts and income tax returns;
• Management of the external audit relationship;
• Cash flow management and forecasting;
• Monthly/Year-end closing;
• Full Payroll Function
• Monthly Management reporting;
• Ensuring timeous payments of all creditors;
• Intercompany loan and transaction reconciliations and necessary disclosures;
