Farm Manager - (80 Hectare / Citrus / other permanent crops)

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic individual responsible for various farms totaling up to 80 ha in an area.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of supervisors and employees to produce and harvest high yields of good quality Citrus.
- Manage all disciplinary and motivating models for staff.
- Recruit and appoint necessary staff.
- Statutory requirements.
- Production
- Irrigation management
- Fertilizer application management
- Spraying Application management
- Oversee pruning
- Logistics
- All logistics to implement production requirements
- Harvesting
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
- Degree in Agriculture and or experience in managing larger units of farming will be advantageous.
- Previous experience with soft peel fruits
