We are looking for dynamic individual responsible for various farms totaling up to 80 ha in an area.
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of supervisors and employees to produce and harvest high yields of good quality Citrus.
• Manage all disciplinary and motivating models for staff.
• Recruit and appoint necessary staff.
• Statutory requirements.
• Production
• Irrigation management
• Fertilizer application management
• Spraying Application management
• Oversee pruning
• Logistics
• All logistics to implement production requirements
• Harvesting

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Degree in Agriculture and or experience in managing larger units of farming will be advantageous.
• Previous experience with soft peel fruits
