Chief Growth Officer (New Business Director/CS Director) at Mirum Agency

Mirum South Africa are looking for a fearless new business leader, to drive the Mirum name and offering into the South African market and lead the client service team to success.

The ideal incumbent would have:

Proven experience (5-10 years) in successfully selling digital products and services (web and platform builds and/or performance campaigns) and influencing clients at C-suite level within large companies. You’d have no difficulty devising a new business strategy, and know how to manage a pipeline. You’d be unafraid to put in the work required to open new doors, have the tenacity to see the sale through to delivery, and the pride to make sure existing clients are cared for at the same time. You’d love the thrill of chasing targets and managing P&L, and networking, upselling and cross-selling would be second nature.
Proven experience in inspiring a team of client service and/or sales people towards success. With at least 4 years’ experience in a leadership role, you’d understand what it takes to motivate them, and be skilled at the difficult conversations that are sometimes needed when you have high expectations of yourself and them.

With 42 offices around the world, this position would be working closely with executives Mirum Middle East to grow the African market and do some exciting work.
