    Responsibilities

    • You’ll confer with internal stakeholders and build new collaborative relationships with medical and scientific leaders, policy-makers and advocates. You’ll contribute cutting-edge clinical and scientific data to help move healthcare forward and positively impact patients. You will support the cardiovascular franchise while representing one of inVentiv Health’s most robust relationships. You will:
    • Interact with healthcare thought leaders to communicate and advance the scientific platform as aligned with client's corporate goals and objectives
    • Communicate complex cutting-edge scientific information and research concepts to healthcare decision makers including those at Academic Medical Centers
    • Provide clinical and economic value information to payers and formulary decision makers
    • Identify and train members of client’s speakers’ bureau and ensure they are updated on new data
    • Respond to requests for investigator sponsored research proposals
    • Support client-sponsored research
    • Provide feedback based on field interactions with healthcare thought leaders to client stakeholders
    • Respond to scientific inquires consistent with the RML compliance standards
    • Foster scientific relationships between client and Fellows in training
    • Lead and/or participate on committees or project teams that support RML strategies and tactics as delegated by RML leadership

    Requirements
    Along with your ability to remain at the forefront of your field, you must possess:

    • A Doctoral degree: Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D. or D.O.
    • At least 3+ years’ of RML experience in cardiology with a focus on heart failure and/or hyperlipidemia or a related field preferred
    • Ability to comply with HCC/regulatory/legal guidelines and procedures related to corporate integrity agreements
    • Demonstrated strong understanding of clinical research trial design in CV
    • The ability to work independently and as a part of diverse teams in a highly matrixed environment
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple assignments and deliver results while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
    • Demonstrated leadership skills by example and through accomplishments; steps forward to handle challenges within scope of authority
    • Ability to travel 60% - 75% and a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified
    • The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic
