Preschool Principal at DAV Professional Placement Group

Job description

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer, is on the search for a Principal for their preschool.

You will be required to manage a preschool of 60 + students ranging from grade 000 to grade R and 6 teachers. You will take the lead in maintaining up to date knowledge on all developments in the school by researching, reading, visiting other schools, studying relevant courses as well having audits done by outside professionals.

Qualifications:

• B.Ed/ PGCE Degree with Early Childhood Development: Foundation Phase

Experience:

• 5 to 8 years' experience in a senior position at an early childhood centre/ preschool

   

• 3 years' management experience as a HOD, deputy principal or principal

   

• Understanding of organisational and individual development.

   

Details:

• Salary: R40 000 to R50 000 basic per month including benefits

   

• Based in Pretoria North
• EE candidates will be given preference.
