What You'll Do (Your Impact)

Across the programme, you will:

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to solve real client challenges, from growth strategy to operational transformation.
• Drive your own workstreams, applying analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and clear communication.
• Explore the intersection of strategy and technology, gaining hands-on experience with how AI, data, and digital platforms reshape industries.
• Engage directly with clients and senior leaders, contributing insights and presenting recommendations.
• Develop actionable solutions that support both immediate outcomes and long-term value creation.
• Build consulting fundamentals through workshops, case studies, problem-solving sessions, and personalised mentoring.

Qualification

• What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Attributes)
• We’re looking for final-year students who demonstrate both capability and character.

You must be:

• Completing your final year of study in 2026
• Maintaining a 65%+ university average
• Able to be at our Midrand office for the full two weeks
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Degrees:

Commerce

• BCom General, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Business Information Technology
• Master of Management in Commerce fields
• Postgraduate Diploma in Commerce

Engineering:

• Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering
• Computer Science
