    Accessories Sales Representative

    Your Role

    • You will be required to call on existing Electrolux and/or Kwikot clients as well as look for new clients.
    • Achieve sales targets on all product range.
    • Adhere to a calling cycle, obtain market information regarding market prices of competitors where possible, and pass it on to your manager.
    • Ensure that the stock stands are kept clean, stocked and that only company products are displayed.
    • Ensure that you know the correct prices as supplied by your manager for different clients, in line with company pricing policy.
    • Understanding of budget and KPI targets.
    • Increase Company footprint, market share, sales and profit and the sales department.
    • Adhere to all company procedures and processes
    • Meet all deadline assigned to you by your manager
    • Adhere to internal sales deadlines
    • Planning and being pro-active
    • Promote & develop your assigned regions as stipulated by your Manager
    • You will be expected from time to time to undergo training
    • You are expected to adhere to company policy with regards to driving a company vehicle
    • Any other duties/tasks & schedules handed to by the company & your manager

    A Typical Day

    • Achieving sales targets and budgets.
    • Maintaining sales with correct pricing
    • Technical product knowledge
    • Servicing of existing clients, whilst developing new ones.
    • Maintain and improve product information to clients (Training)
    • Communicate/email orders to internal Sales office
    • Reporting on trends and market prices of competitors
    • Keeping to a calling cycle
    • Monthly market report to be given to sales manager
    • Stock taking, as and when required by manager
    • Collecting of faulty products from clients, and necessary follow-up
    • Deal with customer problem and complaints
    • Managing, dispatching, and invoicing stock
    • Planning of your day/week
    • Complete required call sheets

    Minimum Qualification

    Who You Are?

    • Matric
    • 5-10 Years’ experience of sales experience (Spares or white goods)
    • Code 8 Drivers License
    • Computer literacy (Excel, all Microsoft packages)
