Description

• A back-office role involves the processing of accounting transactions to ensure the accuracy, 
• integrity and completeness of the accounting records and reporting for the
• world-wide group.

Job specification

• Supporting the processing of supplier invoices.
• Post journal entries
• Supplier reconciliations
• Assist with weekly and monthly payments preparation
• Liaising with stakeholders in dealing with queries
• Ensure transactions are approved and has PO
• Allocating invoices to the correct expense account
• Any other AP duties required.

Skills Required:

•  A Diploma or degree and a minimum of 1 year experience in Finance
•  Familiar with Microsoft office products particularly excel and outlook
•  Experience with Workday (Advantage)
•  Strong numerical and communication skills
•  Willingness to learn and develop
•  Ability to work under pressure
