As an Account Executive, you will grow revenue from existing firms within a defined customer group. You will deliver or exceed an agreed set of financial targets and objectives, through high-quality Account Management.
Responsibilities
Adhering to planning, documentation, reporting and data recording in line with agreed methods and targets
Achieving or exceeding targeted revenue for products by identifying up-sell or cross-sell opportunities
Identifying key account issues, needs and demonstrate the business value of Lexis Nexis products
Ensuring customer experience is in line with agreed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contact
Building solid relationships with key decision makers and influencers resulting in revenue protection and growth
Requirements
Be results and target driven with a self motivated aptitude
Be able to demonstrate over performance of targets for the last 3 years through consistently meeting or exceeding expectations
Excellent communication skills essential, as well as time management and planning
Demonstrate the ability to spot commercial opportunities, with a successful customer services and sales support background
Have good relationship management/account management experience ideally within a legal/SAAS/Compliance/Risk or software services industry.
