As a Rental Account Manager, you will build relationships with your customers, understand their business needs and establish a plan, aligned to the strategic elements of the organisation, to grow and develop your territory. You will stay close to the various people and departments within your customer’s business – from the workshop technicians to the hire consultants as well as have frequent discussions with business owners.
Our sales model is about professional consultative selling, and it’s a hands-on job. In many ways you will demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, while also promoting Hilti Services, manage frequent customer queries, optimize your calendar and administration efficiently and collaborate with departments across the Hilti organization to bring the customer top-in-class after-sales service. Far from traditional cold calling, it’s about nurturing relationships with people, and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their businesses.
WHAT YOU NEED IS:
Minimum 2 - 3 years Sales experience
B2B, Key Account Manager or National Account manager experience (involving longer sales cycle, large deals and multiple stakeholders)
Strong CRM understanding, preferably Salesforce.
Strong operational, process, time management and administrative skills
Possible experience in any of the following industries; Hire, Construction, Engineering, Services Installation, Retail, Mechanical/Electrical
Negotiation, Listening, Communication (English written and verbal) and Presentation Skills
