The Job
You oversee the implementation of our operations in South Africa. Part of our operational work is done by our own team and part is done by external partners. You work with both to make sure we create the impact we need. Your main responsibilities will be:
You kick-start and monitor progress on operations and ensure that our teams have the right structures, knowledge and tools to be successful.
You liaise with local ministries, authorities and donors to ensure smooth execution, compliance and success.
You collaborate with our academy and grants teams to solve problems and to improve our operations.
You analyze on the ground implementation for patterns and trends and feed your findings back into the organisation so we can learn and grow.
About You
You are an experienced lead. You know what it takes to set up and execute a successful programme because you have done it before. You can enable and influence your partners and stakeholders. You have the right network to help you be successful. You are effective but diplomatic. You can work in a highly matrixed, global organisation and find and muster the resources from within the organisation that will help you build successful operations. You are driven about our work and creating impact. You operate on a strategic level and can translate this to tactics.
Requirements
You're based in South Africa.
A Masters degree in a relevant field
At least 5-8 years experience in a similar position, working with different partners
Experience with SRH projects and preferably also Education & Employability

At Triggerise we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. In South Africa, the salary bracket for this position is R50 000 - R75 000 per month, excluding benefits.
