Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and manage month-end and year-end processes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the financial services environment

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
• 2–3 years' post-qualification experience in accounting or auditing
• Experience in the financial services industry (advantageous)
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
