Admin Clerk: Outbound

Minimum Requirements

Diploma in Admin/Supply Chain

Duties & Responsibilities
- Receives all outbound deliveries from Warehouse on a daily basis. Receives all the documents from the Warehouse
- All the warehouse documentation - inbound and outbound - daily: All documentation that goes with a delivery or is received with an inbound received shipment on a specific day as specified per the load plan.
- Verifies according to the load plan that all docs are received
- Check each Warehouse pack in order to confirm that all documentation is attached and signed.
- Print MB51 report for each delivery and confirm cases billed and cases loaded – first check - Del note and Invoice
- Compile spreadsheet with all documentation received from Warehouse on a daily basis
- Scan all Warehouse documentation to SVCSCA
- Filing of all Documentation
- Reporting on status and progress
- Stock count assistance (once a month – Saturday
