Air Logistics Sales Representative - JHB at Kuehne + Nagel

 Your Responsibilities 

• Focus on airfreight import, export and cross-trade business;
• Retain and further develop our existing customer base;
• Develop expert knowledge on key trades, carriers and routings;
• Collaborate with overseas Route Development Managers;
• Meet and exceed predefined targets;
• Build and maintain a quality pipeline in the SME sector;
• Provide continuous feedback on market rates and conditions.

 Your Skills and Experiences 

• Apprenticeship/Vocational course; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong freight forwarding operational knowledge; Experience in airfreight is a must for this role;
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, local market experience preferred;
• Strong customer focus, excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to work in a cross-cultural team environment.
