ALLISA Project Management Officer 

• The Project Management Officer within the ALLISA organisation will be responsible for the successful preparation of the ALLISA executive management committee and board meetings, support the preparation of the reforecasting (RF) and targets, lead the preparation of management visits, lead the preparation of the financial and strategic reviews and directly manage the transformation projects.
• Manage Transformation Projects. Ensure the establishment, proper functioning, governance of transformation projects and continuously monitor the progress of such projects in terms of planning, budget, resources and deliverables. Implement corrective solutions should projects observed to drift and manage projects directly when needed. Ensure consistency efficiency and predictability by continuously improving on the information feedback process. Performance Management - KPI. Design the ALLISA Transformation dashboard . Responsible for the management of the dashboard, its evolution over time and the distribution thereof. Ensure tools and methodology is in place to measure the productivity of the teams, in collaboration with the COO and the Industrial Director.
• Preparation of the ALLISA Executive Committee meetings. Define the Agenda of the Executive Committee meetings in collaboration with the General Manager, ensure timeously preparation of material, the distribution thereof and follow-up on all actions prior to such meetings. Draft a position paper, when requested, for presentation on ALLISA's transformation performance. Lead the preparation of the Financial and Strategic reviews. Prepare the monthly flash target and the reforecasting (RF), in collaboration with the Operations Controller and the Financial Director. Prepare for the Strategic Reviews and Board Meetings in collaboration with the General Manager. Prepare, plan and organise the Agenda of External visitors and Management visits.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor in Engineering
• Project Management Qualification

Experience

• 3-5 years project management experience within an international environment
• Proven track record of successful management of large projects
• Proven track record of experience of the Transformation environment
• Experience in managing Internal and External stakeholders
• Experience in international matrix organisation

Knowledge and Know-how specific to the job

• Must have a strong knowledge and understanding of Project investments and Financial Dimension
• Must have a strong knowledge and understanding of Project Management methodology
• Must have a strong knowledge of IT and Financial services
