Job Summary

• To provide specialist advice and support in the development and implementation of quantitative analytics, planning and associated service delivery processes, methods and techniques; enabling the provision of sound product development expertise.

Job Description

• People Management: Coach, mentor and manage team members toward driving business objectives and ensuring colleague development
• Stakeholder Management: Actively engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Business Performance: Ensure own and team performance against business, efficiency and continuous improvement targets, as well as customer outcomes
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all team activities are in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards Administration: Effectively fulfil all required administrative duties, including tracking and reporting
• Risk analysis of Insurance products: Manage and oversee exercises into risk modelling; assuming responsibility for accuracy, relevance and practical requirements.
• Price implementation and maintenance: Coordinate the implementation of agreed price structures on mainframe and various quote packages. This involves external and internal quote and admin systems.

Education

• Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
