Analyst Project Integration at City Power Johannesburg

Appointment Minimum Requirements:

• N6/National Diploma in Business Management/Administration/Public Administration/Compliance Management/Project Management or equivalent
• 3 years relevant experience

Primary Function:

• Provide invaluable support by meticulously monitoring and evaluating project performance in alignment with established timelines, cost parameters, and quality benchmarks.
• Track project-related information and ensure its efficient and effective utilisation to enhance decision-making processes and optimise project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of project charters, scope documents, and project plans.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Track project progress against established plans and milestones. Collect, analyze, and present data related to project performance.
• Generate reports, maintain dashboards, and visualisations to provide insights into project status and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on identified project risks.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and project management methodologies. Participate in PMO process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project schedules, and status reports.
