Analyst, Senior, Business Credit Risk at Standard Bank Group

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure that risks are minimized and areas, systems, operations and processes run efficiently in order to provide a consolidated global risk view for Counterparty and Country Risk within Corporate and Investment Banking across numerous global  geographies, including, multiple organisations. Manage and maintain the key Credit Risk System called Adaptiv and in line with this, to ensure common global credit risk processes, minimizing processing costs, a requirement to accommodate increased business complexity and methodologies, improved credit risk and portfolio management, improved pricing and the ability to support regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualification Requirement:

• First Degree in Business Commerce
• First Degree in Risk Management
• Diploma in Business Analysis, focusing on business, functional and systems

Minimum Experience Required:

• 7-10 years experience in understanding the risk environment system with the aim to address consolidated credit risk and portfolio management. Adaptiv knowledge with a solid understanding of functional behaviour of the system, interface behaviour, and product understanding within the system. Possess the ability to document user and business requirements.
• 5-7 years experience  in converting business requirements into technical interface documents so for developers to use to develop the technical feed. Resolve issues by understanding the technical solutions.
