This is a position that requires a combination of several skillsets, and will see you engaging with business and senior stakeholders in order to understand business requirements, analyse these and come back with solutions and the relevant technology needed. You will be taking data and bringing it all todagether in order to help the business make the best decisions.
Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you need to have a high EQ and the ability to engage with and understand people, combined with the technical skill required to proficiently analyse the data.
This includes:
Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. BSc or Actuarial degree)
7+ years experience in a similar position
A strong view of decisoning, with experience working on decisioning platforms
Data Science experience
Experience with Sass
Experience with Fusion SPM
Experience building scorecards
Experience driving a collection strategy (within a contact centre, debit order company / bank)
Experience working and setting up teams in an AWS landscape
Experience in banking, telecommunications or retail industries
Strong EQ and the ability to think strategically, engage wth business and focus on delivery
