Purpose of the job
- Trainee role to acquire knowledge and skills of an Instrument Technician
Required Outputs Functions
- To be trained and gain knowledge and understanding of an Instrument Technician
- Learn maintenance
- Adhere to Zero harm
- Compliance with all safety, Health and environmental procedures and legislation
- Comply with SETA requirements in relation to apprenticeship program
Requirements: Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 (with Science and Mathematics as subjects) is essential
- Basic Computer Skills
Personal Attributes: Competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics)
- Attention to detail is critical
- Time management
- Good communication skills
- Team player
