You bring a strong foundation of clinical and managerial expertise to this role. A recognised qualification in Phlebotomy or Nursing ensures you understand the clinical environment, while registration with HPCSA or SANC confirms your professional standing. A formal management qualification equips you to lead with confidence and clarity, balancing operational demands with strategic foresight.
These qualifications position you to guide your team with credibility and purpose. Your experience reflects a journey of growth and leadership within the pathology environment. With at least three years in a supervisory role, you have successfully led teams, managed operations, and driven quality outcomes.
Up to six years of hands-on experience in a Care Centre has shaped your understanding of the complexities of patient care, staff coordination, and service excellence. This background enables you to navigate challenges with agility and lead your cluster with insight and impact.
