We’re looking for motivated individuals with a passion for cybersecurity to join our Aspire Tech Graduate Programme, commencing in January 2026. In this role, you’ll help support the tools and systems that protect our organization’s information and infrastructure. You’ll gain hands-on experience with technologies such as privileged access management (PAM), identity management, and SIEM platforms to detect and respond to security events. Responsibilities
Support the implementation of service requests following established procedures
Assist with managing security incidents and problems in line with service levels
Monitor compliance with information security policies and standards
Follow change management processes to implement changes securely
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of security controls
Help maintain and improve internal security tools and systems#
Requirements
Recently graduated or graduating by end of 2025 with a degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, Security Engineering.
A strong interest in cybersecurity and a desire to build a career in the field
Foundational knowledge of IT security concepts
Exposure to scripting or programming (e.g., Python or PowerShell)
Familiarity with cloud or datacenter environments is a plus
