Job Description

In this role you are responsible for managing Trade Services assets for Coca Cola Peninsula Beverages, which involves the sourcing of refrigeration components/equipment, managing the vendor relationships and evaluating new equipment/components. 

To ensure Trade Services assets achieves maximum return on investment.

The reporting, recording and managing of assets according to statutory and corporate requirements.

• Manage the processes of all fixed assets across Trade Services
• Manage accounting aspects and statutory requirements of all fixed assets for Trade Services.
• Manage asset administrative functions and processes for Trade Services (procurement and stores)
• Lead and Manage Team 
• Financial management
• SHEQ Requirements

Skills, Experience & Education

• Minimum of a 3-Year National Diploma (NQF6) in Business Admin, Accounting, Procurement
• MS Office Proficient
• ERP System, preferably SAP
• Drivers Licence
• Experience leading staff
• Process optimisation
• Inventory Management experience advantageous
