Assistant Brand Manager at RCL Foods

RCL Foods entrusts the Assistant Brand Manager to create and imleplement operational decisions that fall within the ambit of responsibility while solving operational and resourcing problems. Identify and implement limited innovations that will improve market share, lead to new product development and/or lower costs/increase income, and manage the brand budget.

Minimum Requirements:

• A diploma/ degree in Marketing or Business Management
• 2- 3 years relevant experience in a similar environment
• Valid Code EB drivers’ license

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Brand Manager in his/her role.
• Administer and manage small projects, as assigned.
• Execute activities emanating from the marketing strategy in the market place and with the customer team.
• Conduct brand audits.
• Assist in developing and executing promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters.
• Assist in the identification and development of brand building ideas.
• Analyse consumption data and compare results to established objectives to assure the effectiveness of marketing programmes.
• Closely monitor and analyse sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity.
