After-Sales Technical & Administration Support – Pietermaritzburg
Our client is seeking an experienced After-Sales Technical & Administration Support professional with strong technical knowledge of outdoor power products to join their team
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to dealers and end users, resolving product-related queries and complaints
Assist with launching new products, transferring technical knowledge, and recommending spare parts
Distribute technical documentation and support training initiatives
Administer warranty claims, product returns, and unit assessments
Maintain and update flat-rate repair time charts
Ensure accurate reporting and effective after-sales support
Requirements
Matric or equivalent qualification
Minimum of five years’ technical experience in the outdoor power products industry
Strong knowledge of forestry, garden equipment, and two- and four-stroke engines
Competent in mechanical and electrical repairs, maintenance, and fault-finding
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Fluent in English and Afrikaans, both written and spoken
Flexible work schedule and a willingness to travel as and when required
