    Assistant Financial Controller

    Job Description

    The Manager position entails but is not limited to the following

    • Provide technical accounting and tax support to the Finance Team
    • Assist with overseeing the finance systems, managing transaction flows from source through to general ledger
    • Assist the Financial Controller with tax compliance and submission for indirect and corporate taxes, including the response and management of SARS queries and audits.

    The Successful Applicant

    The Assistant Financial Controller position entails but is not limited to the following

    • CA(SA) qualification
    • Previous exposure to Group audits (including the consolidation process)
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
    • Strong knowledge of International Tax/ Mining Tax
