• Safety and Stock Control
• Ensure safety and proper control of stock and staff
• Coordinate transport related tasks
• Coordinate all transport related tasks efficiently and on time
• Profitability
• Optimize profitability and reduce shrinkage
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain a safe, clean and pleasant working environment
• Conduct Stock perpetual counts
• Conduct and document weekly stock perpetual counts
• Legislative compliance and Corporate Governance
• Ensure legal compliance with all legislation relating to the operation of the business and that appropriate action is taken in respect of all legal matters.
• Analyse Production Processes
• Regular and ongoing analysis of production processes
• Perform Admin duties
• Perform administrative duties as well as other duties as assigned
• Provide direction to team
• Operate within company and group systems, policies and procedures; exercising control and providing direction
• Planning and Manufacturing
• Manage Planning and manufacturing of Truss plant
• Team Management
• Inspire, motivate, guide, develop and manage, and lead employees in order to meet the store's objectives.
• Apply all company policies and procedures and best practice principles in order to maintain a harmonious labour environment.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• years’ experience in this field – truss manufacturing
• 1-year experience within a management role
