Associate Global Site Activation Analyst at IQVIA

Essential Functions

• Support, setup and maintenance of various clinical systems.
• Create & manage various study dashboards.
• Analyze data & monitor study metrics and compliance.
• Prepare project status reports and presentation materials for internal project team and customer meetings.
• May be required to connect with key stakeholders for the project.
• Highly proficient in data extraction and report generating tools and extend support to stakeholders based on their needs.
• Support resource request process.
• Support study teams in planning activities.
• May act as a back-up for Study team members whenever applicable.
• Support project finance/EAC analysis with help of Subject Matter Experts
• Escalate quality or compliance issues, delays, risks in meeting project timelines to relevant stakeholders.
• Support implementation of solutions for various complex process issues.
• Participate in initiatives to support GSAA community and aid personal development.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field .
• Good knowledge of clinical research domain and applicable regulatory requirements/ guidelines.
• Good knowledge of Clinical Systems (CTMS, TMF, Workflows etc).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office applications and Clinical system reports.
• Fluent English.
